BACKGROUND: The Swedish Fracture Register (SFR) is a national quality register for all types of fractures in Sweden. Spine fractures have been included since 2015 and are classified using a modified AOSpine classification. The aim of this study was to determine the accuracy of the classification of thoracolumbar burst fractures in the SFR. METHODS: Assessments of medical images were conducted in 277 consecutive patients with a thoracolumbar burst fracture (T10-L3) identified in the SFR. Two independent reviewers classified the fractures according to the AOSpine classification, with a third reviewer resolving disagreement. The combined results of the reviewers were considered the gold standard. The intra- and inter-rater reliability of the reviewers was determined with Cohen's kappa and percent agreement. The SFR classification was compared with the gold standard using positive predictive values (PPV), Cohen's kappa and percent agreement. RESULTS: The reliability between reviewers was  high (Cohen's kappa 0.70-0.97). The PPV for correctly classifying burst fractures in the SFR was high irrespective of physician experience (76-89%), treatment (82% non-operative, 95% operative) and hospital type (83% county, 95% university). The inter-rater reliability of B-type injuries and the overall SFR classification compared with the gold standard was low (Cohen's kappa 0.16 and 0.17 respectively). CONCLUSIONS: The SFR demonstrates a high PPV for accurately classifying burst fractures, regardless of physician experience, treatment and hospital type. However, the reliability of B-type injuries and overall classification in the SFR was found to be low. Future studies on burst fractures using SFR data where classification is important should include a review of medical images to verify the diagnosis.

This paper provides an extensive examination of a sizable dataset of English tweets focusing on nine widely recognized cryptocurrencies, specifically Cardano, Binance, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Fantom, Matic, Shiba, and Ripple. Our goal was to conduct a psycholinguistic and emotional analysis of social media content associated with these cryptocurrencies. Such analysis can enable researchers and experts dealing with cryptocurrencies to make more informed decisions. Our work involved comparing linguistic characteristics across the diverse digital coins, shedding light on the distinctive linguistic patterns emerging in each coin's community. To achieve this, we utilized advanced text analysis techniques. Additionally, this work unveiled an understanding of the interplay between these digital assets. By examining which coin pairs are mentioned together most frequently in the dataset, we established co-mentions among different cryptocurrencies. To ensure the reliability of our findings, we initially gathered a total of 832,559 tweets from X. These tweets underwent a rigorous preprocessing stage, resulting in a refined dataset of 115,899 tweets that were used for our analysis. Overall, our research offers valuable perception into the linguistic nuances of various digital coins' online communities and provides a deeper understanding of their interactions in the cryptocurrency space.

A substantial portion of patients presenting to healthcare settings exhibit physical symptoms lacking clear, demonstrable organic causes. Accurate assessment of symptom severity is crucial for documenting outcomes and establishing treatment efficacy. This systematic review and narrative synthesis aims to provide researchers with insights into available and validated tools for assessing medically unexplained physical symptoms (MUPS). It involved comprehensive searches across electronic databases, including PubMed, Wiley, and Cochrane, adhering to PRISMA and COSMIN guidelines. The study comprised two phases: Phase 1 systematically reviewed tools for assessing MUPS symptoms and severity, while Phase 2 conducted a narrative synthesis of their measurement properties, focusing on validity and reliability. Out of 14,459 records, 191 articles were identified, leading to the recognition of 16 validated tools for assessing MUPS symptoms and severity. Most tools demonstrated excellent internal consistency and structural validity. However, the majority lacked cross-cultural validity. The choice of tools for the assessment of MUPS will assist clinicians and researchers in determining the severity of MUPS and developing a tailored treatment plan to improve the physical and psychological functioning of these patients.

We consider estimating the effect of a treatment on a given outcome measured on subjects tested both before and after treatment assignment in observational studies. A vast literature compares the competing approaches of modelling the post-test score conditionally on the pre-test score versus modelling the difference, namely, the gain score. Our contribution lies in analyzing the merits and drawbacks of two approaches in a multilevel setting. This is relevant in many fields, such as education, where students are nested within schools. The multilevel structure raises peculiar issues related to contextual effects and the distinction between individual-level and cluster-level treatments. We compare the two approaches through a simulation study. For individual-level treatments, our findings align with existing literature. However, for cluster-level treatments, the scenario is more complex, as the cluster mean of the pre-test score plays a key role. Its reliability crucially depends on the cluster size, leading to potentially unsatisfactory estimators with small clusters.

Introduction: Proactive surveillance by a critical care outreach team (CCOT) can promote early recognition of deterioration in hospitalized patients but is uncommon in pediatric rapid response systems (RRSs). After our children's hospital introduced a CCOT in 2019, we aimed to characterize early implementation outcomes. We hypothesized that CCOT rounding would identify additional children at risk for deterioration. Methods: The CCOT, staffed by a dedicated critical care nurse (RN), respiratory therapist, and attending, conducts daily in-person rounds with charge RNs on medical-surgical units, to screen RRS-identified high-risk patients for deterioration. In this prospective study, observers tracked rounds discussion content, participation, and identification of new high-risk patients. We compared 'identified-patient-discussions' (IPD) about RRS-identified patients, and 'new-patient-discussions' (NPD) about new patients with Fisher's exact test. For new patients, we performed thematic analysis of clinical data to identify deterioration related themes. Results: During 348 unit-rounds over 20 days, we observed 383 discussions - 35 (9%) were NPD. Frequent topics were screening for clinical concerns (374/383, 98%), active clinical concerns (147/383, 39%), and watcher activation (66/383, 17%). Most discussions only included standard participants (353/383, 92%). Compared to IPD, NPD more often addressed active concerns (74.3% vs 34.8%, p < 0.01) and staffing resource concerns (5.7% vs 0.6%, p < 0.04), and more often incorporated extra participants (25.7% vs 6%, p < 0.01). In thematic analysis of 33 new patients, most (29/33, 88%) had features of deterioration. Conclusion: A successfully implemented CCOT enhanced identification of clinical deterioration not captured by existing RRS resources. Future work will investigate its impact on operational safety and patient-centered outcomes.

Objective: The aim of this research was to compile a self-management assessment scale for patients with aortic dissection (AD). The questionnaire is useful in making the patient aware of the need for post-operative care in order to contribute to improving the outcome and quality of life. Methods: The initial version of the "postoperative self-management assessment scale for patients with aortic dissection" was developed using the Delphi expert consultation method based on qualitative research results, consultation of self-management-related literature, reference to the existing self-management scale, and self-efficacy theory, combined with the disease characteristics of AD. By using the convenience sampling method, a total of 201 patients with AD who had undergone surgery were selected as the research participants. The initial version of the scale was used for follow-up investigation, and the scale entries were evaluated and exploratory factor analysis carried out to form the formal version of the "postoperative self-management assessment scale for patients with aortic dissection." A total of 214 patients with AD after surgery were selected as the research participants. The formal version of the scale was used for follow-up investigation, and its reliability and validity were evaluated. Results: The formal version of the scale had 6 dimensions and 35 entries. The Cronbach's α coefficient for the total scale was 0.908, the split-half reliability was 0.790, and the test-retest reliability after 2 weeks was 0.471. The content validity index of the total scale was 0.963. Exploratory factor analysis yielded six common factors, and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 66.303%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that except for the incremental fit index, Tucker-Lewis index, and comparative fit index >0.85, slightly lower than 0.90, χ 2/df <3, root mean square of approximation <0.08, parsimonious goodness-of-fit index, and parsimonious normed fit index >0.50; all other model fitting requirements were satisfied, indicating that the model fitting was acceptable. Conclusion: We compiled the postoperative self-management assessment scale for patients with AD, which has demonstrated excellent reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to evaluate the postoperative self-management level in patients with aortic dissection.

Background: Breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL) is the most prevalent comorbidity that occurs following breast cancer treatments and has negative impact on the patients' quality of life (QoL). The Lymphedema Functioning, Disability, and Health Questionnaire for Upper Limb Lymphedema (Lymph-ICF-UL) is a valid and reliable instrument in assessing the QoL of patients with BCRL. However, the Bahasa Malaysia (BM) version is not available yet. This study aimed to translate the Lymph-ICF-UL into BM and to evaluate its validity and reliability. Methods and Results: A forward-backward translation was performed based on Sousa's guideline, and then, the face, content, construct validity, internal consistency, and test-retest reliability were tested. Face validity was assessed by five patients, and content validity was evaluated by six experts. Then, construct validity and internal validity were assessed in 107 patients. Finally, test-retest reliability was analyzed in 21 patients. Two items were eliminated following suggestions from the patients and experts. All patients found the scoring system and items clear and relevant. The results showed sufficient content validity index and modified kappa statistics value. Confirmatory factor analysis showed acceptable fit indices. Cronbach's alpha values ranged from 0.67 to 0.95, intraclass correlation coefficient ranged from 0.88 to 0.99, standard error measurement was 2.29-6.15, and the Bland-Altman plot showed an agreement between two test occasions. Conclusion: These results suggested that the Lymph-ICF-UL BM has good validity and reliability in evaluating the QoL of patients with BCRL in Malaysia.

PURPOSE: Our aim was to investigate the test-retest reliability of the 2-min walk test (2MWT), timed up and go test (TUG), and five times sit-to-stand test (FTSST) in prostate cancer (PC) patients. METHODS: This study was conducted with 73 patients who were classified into two groups as frail and non-frail determined by the Geriatric-8 questionnaire. Patients performed the 2MWT, TUG, and FTSST tests for two times. The test-retest reliability of the 2MWT, TUG, and FTSST was assessed by calculating the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). The standard error of measurement (SEM95) and minimal detectable change (MDC95) values were calculated. RESULTS: All tests showed excellent test-retest reliability for both groups (ICC(2.1) > 0.90). The SEM95 and MDC95 values of 2MWT were 3.09, 8.57, and 3.15 m, 8.73 m for frail and non-frail groups. The SEM95 and MDC95 values of TUG for the frail group were 0.6 and 1.66 and 0.43 and 1.19 for the non-frail group, respectively. The SEM95 and MDC95 values of FTST for the frail group were 0.68 and 1.88 and for the non-frail group 0.86 and 2.38. CONCLUSIONS: The 2MWT, TUG, and FTSST showed excellent reliability in frail and non-frail older adults with PC which can be used to assess physical performance.


The 2-minute walk test (2MWT), Timed up and go test (TUG) and five times sit to stand tests (FTST) are excellent reliable tests for both frail and non-frail prostate cancer patients.The Minimal Detectable Change (MDC95) value of 2MWT, TUG, and FTST provides important information to clinicians about the clinical progression of oncological patientsClinicians can use one of this evidence-based outcome measures to check change of independent mobility performance with prostate cancer patients.

PURPOSE: Shear wave elastography (SWE) has seen many advancements in Achilles tendon evaluation in recent years, yet standardization of this technique is still problematic due to the lack of knowledge regarding the optimal way to perform the examination. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of ankle position, probe frequency and physical effort on the shear modulus of the Achilles tendon, but also to determine the intra and inter-observer reliability of the technique. METHODS: 37 healthy volunteers were included; SWE protocol was performed by two examiners. We analyzed the shear modulus of the tendon with the ankle in neutral, maximum dorsiflexion and maximum plantar flexion using two different high frequency probes. Afterwards, the subjects performed a brief physical exercise and SWE measurements were repeated. RESULTS: The L18-5 probe showed the highest ICC values (ICC = 0.798, 95% CI 0.660-0.880, p < 0.001) when positioned at 2 cm from the calcaneal insertion with the ankle in a neutral state. Conversely, utilizing the same L18-5 probe at 1 cm from the insertion during maximum plantar flexion of the ankle resulted in the lowest ICC (ICC = 0.422, 95% CI 0.032-0.655, p = 0.019). Significant variations in elasticity values were noted among different ankle positions and probe types, while no significant changes in elasticity were observed post-physical exercise. CONCLUSION: Ankle position and probe frequency are factors that influence elasticity values of the Achilles tendon. An ankle position between 10 and 20 degrees of plantar flexion is the most suitable for SWE evaluation. However, more research focusing on Achilles tendon SWE is essential due to the challenges encountered in standardizing this region.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the quality, readability, and accuracy of large language model (LLM) generated patient education materials (PEMs) on childhood glaucoma, and their ability to improve existing online information's readability. DESIGN: Cross-sectional comparative study. METHODS: We evaluated responses of ChatGPT-3.5, ChatGPT-4, and Bard to three separate prompts requesting they write PEMs on "childhood glaucoma." Prompt A required PEMs be "easily understandable by the average American." Prompt B required PEMs be written "at a 6th-grade level using Simple Measure of Gobbledygook (SMOG) readability formula." We then compared responses' quality (DISCERN questionnaire, Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool (PEMAT)), readability (SMOG, Flesch-Kincaid Grading Level (FKGL)), and accuracy (Likert Misinformation scale). To assess the improvement of readability for existing online information, Prompt C requested LLM rewrite 20 resources from a Google search of keyword "childhood glaucoma" to the American Medical Association-recommended "6th-grade level." Rewrites were compared on key metrics such as readability, complex words (≥3 syllables), and sentence count. RESULTS: All 3 LLM generated PEMs that were of high quality, understandability, and accuracy (DISCERN≥4, ≥70% PEMAT understandability, Misinformation score=1). Prompt B responses were more readable than Prompt A responses for all 3 LLM (p≤0.001). ChatGPT-4 generated the most readable PEMs compared to ChatGPT-3.5 and Bard (p≤0.001). Although Prompt C responses showed consistent reduction of mean SMOG and FKGL scores, only ChatGPT-4 achieved the specified 6th-grade reading level (4.8 ± 0.8 and 3.7 ± 1.9, respectively). CONCLUSION: LLMs can serve as strong supplementary tools in generating high quality, accurate, and novel PEMs, and improving the readability of existing PEMs on childhood glaucoma.

We propose a reliability-based anti-disturbance control (RADC) method for systems with parametric stochastic uncertainty based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) and the limit state function. Differing from the existing anti-disturbance control, the parametric stochastic uncertainty is considered in both the concerned system and the exogenous disturbance system. With this consideration, the condition for system stability and performance robustness is described by a stochastic LMI which holds with a certain probability (reliability). Through the limit state function method, the stochastic LMI is subtly transformed into two probabilistic LMIs for two different cases. The proposed probabilistic LMIs contain two probabilistic parameters of reliability indexes that quantify the effect of parametric stochastic uncertainty. At different prescribed reliability indexes, controllers with different reliability can be flexibly and reliably designed. Two illustrative examples with Monte-Carlo verification are presented to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed RADC method.

OBJECTIVE: People with aphasia often experience semantic memory (SM) impairment. To improve diagnostic outcomes, SM tasks should recruit various sensory input channels (oral, written, and pictographic), permitting accessible, complete evaluation. There is a need for SM batteries for French-speaking Quebecers that use multiple input channels. The present study, therefore, describes the development of a novel French-language semantic battery: la Batterie québécoise de la mémoire sémantique (BQMS), the assessment of the BQMS's psychometric properties, and the establishment of normative data for the BQMS. METHOD: We first developed eight SM tasks. Following a pilot validation study, we determined the BQMS's reliability and validity, to ensure consistent, accurate detection of SM impairment. Among French-speaking Quebecers with cerebrovascular aphasia (n = 10), people with the semantic variant of Primary Progressive Aphasia (n = 4), and healthy controls (n = 14), we examined its convergent validity, concurrent validity, test-retest reliability, and internal consistency. Finally, we established normative data for the BQMS by calculating cut-off scores per task that indicate SM impairment (in 93 cognitively healthy French-speaking Quebecers), stratified by sociodemographic variables associated with performance. RESULTS: The BQMS shows high concurrent, discriminant, and convergent validity, as well as good test-retest reliability and internal consistency. The cut-off score indicating SM impairment ranged from the 2nd to 25th percentiles (stratified by task, age, and sex). CONCLUSIONS: The BQMS's psychometric properties indicate that it could be a valuable clinical tool for detecting SM impairment. Our normative data will help clinicians detect such impairments.

Measures of beliefs and attitudes toward food have generally been limited to the measurement of more pathological eating attitudes (e.g., disordered eating). The Food Life Questionnaire (FLQ) and its short form (FLQ-SF) were developed to examine attitudes toward a broader range of foods; however, the factor structure of the FLQ-SF was not confirmed in any study with young women. In the present study, we performed a psychometric evaluation of the Brazilian Portuguese translation of the FLQ-SF in a sample of 604 women. We evaluated the factor structure using a two-step, split-sample exploratory and confirmatory factor analytic approach. Results supported a four-factor structure (i.e., weight concern, diet-health orientation, belief in a diet-health linkage, and food and pleasure) with 18 items (χ2/df = 2.09; CFI = 0.95; TLI = 0.94; RMSEA = 0.05 (90% CI = 0.04; 0.06; p > 0.05); and SRMR = 0.08). Additionally, we found good internal consistency for all FLQ-SF subscales (McDonald's ω = 0.79-0.89) and convergent validity with measures of feelings, beliefs, and behaviors involved in food attitudes. Collectively, these results support the use of the FLQ-SF in Brazilian women and provide a foundation to expand the literature on beliefs and attitudes toward food in this population.

TITLE: Translation and validation of Bristol Female lower urinary tract symptoms (BFLUTS) questionnaire for Nepali speaking women Introduction: Bristol female lower urinary tract symptoms questionnaire (BFLUTS) was designed to identify the lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in women. It aids in determining the severity of lower urinary tract symptoms and how they affect sexual function and quality of life.It can be employed in research and therapeutic practice. It is not available in Nepali version. As a result, our goal is to translate and validate the BFLUTS questionnaire in Nepali. METHODS: The BFLUTS questionnaire has been translated into Nepali. From March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, 225 Nepalese patients with lower urinary tract symptoms were evaluated using a Nepali version of the BFLUTS questionnaire adapted from the English version. Internal consistency, test-retest reliability, validity, and change responsiveness were all assessed. RESULTS: A total of 225   patients were enrolled in the study. The missing data was less than 2%. The Nepali version of the BFLUTS questionnaire showed good reliability (? = 0.76; ICC= 0.934). Test-retest reliability was assessed with weighted kappa (?) ranging from 0.71 to 0.83.It showed good sensitive to change before and after the treatment. Mean BFLUTS scores correlated strongly with the symptomsof lower urinary tract symptoms reported in the bladder diary with ? ranging from 0.689to 0.859. CONCLUSIONS: The Nepali version of BFLUTS questionnaire is a reliable, valid and consistent for measuring lower urinary tract symptoms and their effect on sexual function and quality of life.

BACKGROUND: Spatio-temporal running parameters and their variability help to determine a runner's running style. However, determining whether a change is due to the measurement or to a specific condition such as an injury is a matter of debate, as no recommendation on the number of steps required to obtain reliable assessments exists. RESEARCH QUESTION: What is the optimal number of steps required to measure different spatio-temporal parameters and study their variability at different running speeds? METHODS: Twenty-five runners performed three experimental sessions of three bouts of treadmill running at 8, 10 and 12 km/h separated by 24 h. We measured cadence, stride, step, contact and flight time. We calculated the duty factor and the leg stiffness index (Kleg). Mean spatio-temporal parameters and linear (coefficient of variation, standard deviation) and non-linear (Higuchi fractal index, α1 coefficient of detrended fluctuation analysis) analyses were computed for different numbers of steps. Relative reliability was determined using the intraclass coefficient correlation. The minimal number of steps which present a good reliability level was considered as the optimal number of steps for measurement. Absolute reliability was assessed by calculating minimal detectable change. RESULTS: To assess the mean values of spatio-temporal running parameters, between 16 and 150 steps were required. We were unable to obtain an optimal number of steps for cadence, stride and step-time variabilities for all speeds. For the linear analyses, we deduced the optimal number of steps for Kleg and the contact time (around 350 steps). Non-linear analyses measurements required between 350 and 540 steps, depending on the parameter. SIGNIFICANCE: Researchers and clinicians should optimize experimental conditions (number of steps and running speed) depending on the parameter or the variability analysis targeted. Future studies must use absolute reliability metrics to report changes in response to a specific condition with no bias due to measurement error.

INTRODUCTION: This study aimed to assess the cultural adaptation, validity, and reliability of the Turkish version of the Juvenile Arthritis Quality of Life Questionnaire (JAQQ) in patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). METHODS: A total of 100 JIA patients (64% female), aged 9 to 18 years, participated in the study conducted at a tertiary care university hospital. The JAQQ was culturally adapted through a rigorous translation process and administered alongside established measures, including the Childhood Health Assessment Questionnaire (CHAQ), Juvenile Arthritis Biopsychosocial Questionnaire (JABQ), and Children's Depression Inventory (CDI). Validity and reliability were evaluated using Spearman's correlation coefficients, Cronbach's alpha, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), standard error of the mean (SEM), and minimal detectable change (MDC). RESULTS: The Turkish version of JAQQ exhibited high convergent validity, correlating significantly with CHAQ, JABQ, and CDI. No floor or ceiling effects were observed in the total JAQQ score, indicating a balanced assessment. Internal consistency was excellent (Cronbach's α = 0.948), and test-retest reliability was satisfactory (ICC = 0.913). SEM and MDC95 values were 0.357 and 0.99, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The Turkish adaptation of JAQQ emerges as a valid and reliable instrument for comprehensively assessing the health-related quality of life in children and adolescents diagnosed with JIA. The questionnaire's robust psychometric properties, coupled with distinctive features like individualized assessment, highlight its potential as a valuable tool for both clinical assessment and scientific research in the field of pediatric rheumatology. Key Points • The Juvenile Arthritis Quality of Life Questionnaire (JAQQ) is an important scale that evaluates the quality of life of children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). • JAQQ is known and used in the field of pediatric rheumatology in Turkey, but its Turkish adaptation has not been made before. • Our study includes 100 JIA patients aged between 9 and 18 years and shows that the Turkish version of JAQQ is valid and reliable in measuring the quality of life of these children. • This research contributes to the accurate assessment of the quality of life in Turkish children diagnosed with JIA, providing valuable insights for both clinical and scientific studies.

The sum score on a psychological test is, and should continue to be, a tool central in psychometric practice. This position runs counter to several psychometricians' belief that the sum score represents a pre-scientific conception that must be abandoned from psychometrics in favor of latent variables. First, we reiterate that the sum score stochastically orders the latent variable in a wide variety of much-used item response models. In fact, item response theory provides a mathematically based justification for the ordinal use of the sum score. Second, because discussions about the sum score often involve its reliability and estimation methods as well, we show that, based on very general assumptions, classical test theory provides a family of lower bounds several of which are close to the true reliability under reasonable conditions. Finally, we argue that eventually sum scores derive their value from the degree to which they enable predicting practically relevant events and behaviors. None of our discussion is meant to discredit modern measurement models; they have their own merits unattainable for classical test theory, but the latter model provides impressive contributions to psychometrics based on very few assumptions that seem to have become obscured in the past few decades. Their generality and practical usefulness add to the accomplishments of more recent approaches.

This study examined the reliability of respirators using hierarchical analysis and multicriteria decision-making. The hierarchical structure, which consists of three assessment criteria and six product assemblies as decision possibilities, reveals that the priority of evaluation criteria follows the trend of cost, complexity and technology. Face-piece, triple-piece and visor assemblies have the highest failure rate, according to an analysis of product reliability at the assembly level. However, according to the analysis at the parts level, the most likely failures are found in the face-piece, upper and lower visor frames, visor, head-harness, exhalation valve disc and exhalation valve seat. In addition, the Weibull distribution function (with a shape parameter >1) can be utilized to predict product reliability. Among the six defined product assemblies, according to the sensitivity analysis, the overall weight of the triple-piece assembly and the visor assembly has the most sensitivity to changes in the priority of evaluation criteria.

Our primary objective in this study was to psychometrically evaluate the Transformational Parenting Questionnaire (TPQ) within the Turkish context. Secondarily, we aimed to determine whether the questionnaire demonstrated measurement invariance across children's genders and grade levels. We included 950 participants, aged 11-18 years (446 girls, 498 boys, 6 unspecified gender identity; Mage = 14.73, SD = 1.85 years). Confirmatory factor analysis provided support for the original 4-factor structure of the TPQ, and there was satisfactory criterion-related correlational validity between this instrument and the Satisfaction with Life Scale. The TPQ exhibited robust internal item reliability coefficients, and respondent's test-retest correlations over a 15-day interval suggested adequate item response consistency. Importantly, we confirmed measurement invariance of the scale across participants gender and educational grade levels. In summary, we found that the TPQ was a valid and reliable tool for assessing Turkish children's perceptions of transformative parenting behaviors.
